Brian DeLorenzi is a partner practicing primarily in the area of litigation. Brian received a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from the University of Windsor followed by completion of Law School in 2001. Following graduation, Brian was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2002. 

Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Brian returned to the Soo after completing his education and joined the predecessor of O’Neill DeLorenzi Nanne. He has practiced, and continues to practice, throughout Ontario ever since. 

Brian’s practice has been principally devoted to civil litigation involving personal injury, negligence, insurance litigation of all types, commercial litigation, estates litigation and also includes disability claims, employment and labour disputes. Throughout his career, Brian has appeared before Courts at the trial and appeal levels and continues to appear before Courts and Boards throughout Ontario. Brian has acted as trial counsel and co-counsel before the Superior Court of Justice regarding matters both with and without a jury. His trial work has included jury trials which have been taken to Judgment. He has presented numerous applications and motions in Superior Court. Brian has acted as counsel in several mediations and arbitrations as well as appearing before the Ontario Court of Appeal and a number of Ontario Tribunals.
