BACKGROUND
Richard DeLorenzi is an associate practicing primarily in the area of real estate, estates and corporate law. He graduated from Osgood Hall Law School in 1971.Richard was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1973.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Since his call to the bar his preferred areas of practice include real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law. Mr. DeLorenzi in the past has been counsel to the Children’s Aid Society and had been on the panel for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer representing children since its inception.

Throughout his career Richard has contributed his time to many community service organizations including founding member of Steel City Kiwanis, Marconi Society, Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie, Children’s Rehabilitation Centre and Fogolar Friulan. He has Chaired and Co-chaired the Easter Seals Telethon.
EXPERIENCE
- Acting as solicitor for purchasers, vendors and mortgagees in residential, commercial and recreational transactions
- Acting as solicitor for estates, estate trustees and beneficiaries
- Taking instructions and preparing wills and powers of attorneys, attending at clients’ home, at the hospital and at nursing and senior citizens’ homes to obtain instructions and witness execution of the documents
- Incorporating Ontario companies, filing articles of amalgamation, articles of amendment and recording minutes and resolutions
